Serhiy Chuyev practices law in the fields of restructuring and bankruptcy, litigation, tax law as well as banking and finance law. Serhiy specializes in elaboration of complex court strategies, complex protection of investments as well as tax consulting and disputes with state bodies.

The partner represented interests of NEST Corporation in its disputes with Alfa-Bank as well as protected interests of Ukrainian Business Group in its disputes with the National Bank of Ukraine, and Frosbi-M LLC, the owner of Furshet supermarket chain, in its dispute with Zlatobank PJSC to have obligations under a loan agreement deemed terminated by set-off of homogeneous counterclaims under loan and deposit agreements.
